This how I received my package! I waited 1 month for this order!! I called and allegedly there’s a “claim in process” I haven’t heard anything from them,it’s been 2 wks. No return label no refund…nothing!!

It’s because their business model is to wait until they have enough to order a pallet in bulk but now they have the issues of the closed straight and blockade. They don’t want you to know that’s how their business model works

I’ve debated shopping Jomashop because Costco doesn’t always have the selection I want. Watching this? Nah. I’ll stick with Costco they ship with the quickness and take anything back no questions asked and are always friendly. Real friendly.

Jomashop us frustrating, as is The Parfums. I have an order from The Parfums I ordered on Jan 19 and still don't have. Truthfully, I'd rather pay a little more and get my fragrance in a normal time period, not weeks or months.

on their website after you search you can click "get it fast" amd that will only show you items they have in stock. that should eliminate this issue altogether

Same thing happened to me with the exact same fragrance I canceled after five weeks when they told me they would ship as soon as it arrived in their warehouse, but they had no target date.
