Also, something Tom was great at and younger QBs need to be better at is if the other team is in the correct coverage and adjusts well, look for mismatches. I.E. Gronk with linebacker. The 2nd major thing is to look for tendencies. If a guy plays off in cover 3 and begins back pedal as soon as the ball is snapped, nothing wrong with going hot and turn to fire at that WR to get 3 or 4 yards for free.
