@kamwari_: STEAK AND POTATOES Ingredients * beef steak cut into bite size cubes @Dannykam butchery * potatoes, diced * cooking oil * butter/prestige margarine * feta cheese * minced garlic * paprika * black pepper * garlic powder * onion powder * Salt to taste * Fresh coriander Method - Cook the potatoes * Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. * Add potatoes, season with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper * Fry on medium heat until golden and cooked through * Remove and set aside. - Cook the steak bites * In the same pan, add oil. * Increase heat to high. * Add steak pieces in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) * Sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. * Season with salt and black pepper * Lower heat slightly, add butter and garlic. * Stir quickly until fragrant. * Return potatoes to the pan and toss everything together. NOTES: * Don’t overcook the steak medium is juicy and tender. * Let the steak rest for a few minutes before mixing back with potatoes. * Add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of chili flakes for a sweet treat. 🤭 #kamwari #fyp
