10 months and I just got an offer today! This is by far the worst job market I’ve experienced. I stopped applying for about 2 months because I had fatigue and no motivation for any interviews at all. I went through the most gruelling hiring processes with long waits and ghosting. It was mentally debilitating. I’ve never felt worse about myself but your videos have been a source of strength, knowing that I wasn’t alone. I’m praying we all make it through 🙏🏾

Longest I was unemployed was 8 months in 2023. I applied for almost everything! Randomly I got a call for a position I forgot I applied for 5 months earlier - this is my current job and I’m there still 3 years later! Just have faith, it’ll happen. You just never know. I just applied to apply.

Since October 2025, so 6 months, but have been applying for over a year now. Am getting rejected from jobs at every level, even with 15+ years of experience and an MBA 🙃💀 this is the worst job market in history, I hate it here
