It's at discretion of the manager probably, but if we were all going the month before our birthday month, then what's the point? Bit weird calling someone out for doing their job. And if it worked for someone else, good for them, but that's not the norm.

I mean there does have to be a cut off and it’s pretty well documented it has to be in the birthday month I do get the workers POV ours checked ID when we did it 😂 we only did it once though the birthday bear isn’t that cute

You can only get the birthday bear if you have subscribed online and put their birthday in. I think you have to be subscribed for a few a few months to be aloud aswell btw. You can’t lie either because you have to give them the email address you used which states their birthday, I hope you get one🥺 xx

My little boys birthday is may 4th. We went to oxford street one last week. She did say it has to be the month of the birthday but i explained we wouldn’t be able to go anytime in may because it was only three weeks away it was aloud❤️manager was absolutely fine with it! X
