Dude get some crash wrap for a short term fix!! You place it on the outside and while it might leave a little reside on the paint it’s a hell of a lot easier to get off. I usually use 3m adhesive remover and then rise off the paint.

LMC truck parts has a little plastic snap for your slider and they’re only about seven dollars. It would help immensely.

A rubber wheel or thinner usually works decent, might be worth a try! Also, you might be able to seal it up with some silicone for the time being 😊 I’ve done that a couple times over the years, love the videos!

Replace all the seals lol they are cheap. Pop the old glass out put the new gasket on and no more outside inside😂
