Add the jalapeños, cover with a lid, and cook for an additional 20 minutes, keeping an eye on them until soft and caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside. -In the same pan, increase the heat to medium-high. Press the beef onto each tortilla, then place it beef-side down in the pan.
