as an austrian, watching my mom doing it for years, you did a great job 👏🏻 of course you dont need approval as long as you enjoyed it. but i am always impressed seeing austrian dishes done well ☺️we are very passionate about our food 😅

Honestly it looks 1000x better than any schnitzel that you can get in Vienna. And I’m saying this as someone who lives in Vienna. I’d never get it in a restaurant but yours looks so good wow

It is not chicken its beef bouillon i also would change the vinegar to a much more % in Austria the vinegar that i use is 7.5% the potatoes must be hot for the Dressing
