1. In Japan, you don’t use chopsticks for nigiri. You pinch the sides and pin the fish on top with your pointer, then (if necessary) rotate it to dip fish and not rice into soy sauce. 2. You eat the whole piece as a single bite. That’s the way sushi/rolls are designed, to have all flavors in single mouthful. 3. Haters gonna hate. Itadakimasu
