The problem with aluminum metal cans is that they have a very thin plastic layer inside that if the container can heats up, it would release microplastics to the water. The best is glass, hands down. Many high quality, highly mineralized drinking water have this exact same issue: the plastic container. I urge you to consider glass rather than aluminum.
