@happydoggoniall: Apollo has spent months fighting a difficult battle with TVT cancer. He was a very, very scared dog—so frightened that he actually escaped and walked miles and miles through the streets just to get back to his pack and the guardian who makes him feel safe. 💔 We tried over and over to fix the open wound on his nose and we were running out of options until our wonderful vets attempted a skin graft, taking skin from his chest to finally close the gap. We know the graft doesn’t look "perfect" yet, but for the first time, his wound is finally closing. Our vet team is just so impressive, and we’re so grateful we have them in his corner. Apollo’s journey isn’t over yet, but this is the biggest step closer to getting him back to the home he’s been so desperate to find. ❤️ #streetdogs #dogrescue #dogsofthailand
