Absolutely true. But it was nice for a while. The feeling can not be recreated. You can not be like that when you are alone. Sure you can have a full life and be happy and satisfied but when you are with that someone there is more..

I miss him. I miss being a part of his life. I miss being understood by the only person who ever has. I miss my best friend I could tell anything to. I miss his smile and his laugh and his sense of humor. I miss knowing I was loved unconditionally and accepted no matter what. So maybe both?
