Made me find someone I love last fall, convinced me she was coming back, came back, made me lose them and a really good friend. Then by December, at Christmas was a horror show, made me feel like I was pretty much a friend and getting left. Then broke up with me the second she got back. Then turned around, dragged me on for months and now we're like one month of no contact and I found out the other day she's back with the girl she cheated on me with last spring. And now I'm alone?? this happens to people all the time. know that it's not you. It is simply another form of manipulation and control. Get in tune with your own self. pay close attention to the way you feel about different things and how you body reacts. because I've tryed it all. calling people out, or mouthing back you will not change this person. you're only makes you look like the villain. get in tune with you house/ your body react to every thing. or your mind will catch up with you body. you find that your heart that always had good intentions. but it will grow cold and hard. when you don't pay attention to the flags your body gives you. you are setting up the planning field. another thing no one is excluded. honestly the best thing you can ever do is for ur id get you body and mind in the same class. this ability you have should be thought at school so everyone knows how to protect them selves. you can't always protect your self with a gun. this is not physical. it's mental abuse, no live, not friendship. it is someone that needs control. giving controll to someone can cost you everything. this world knows nothing about peace and love. know that the mind and the body works together.
