@lara.essence.mila: She’s only been playing tennis for 7 months… 🎾 But this is not just about tennis. This is about discipline. About mindset. About building a champion from the inside out. As a former acrobatics champion, I understand one thing very clearly: talent means nothing without the right system. So with Milana, we’re not just “training”… We’re building a foundation — step by step. Every morning — fitness. Every evening — stretching. On court — focus, resilience, character. While other kids just play, we build habits that create winners. And this is just the beginning… Soon I’ll be sharing more about how I train her body, mindset, and discipline — the exact system we use every single day. Because this journey isn’t only ours. It can become yours too. If you’re a parent who wants to raise a strong, confident, and winning child — stay close. 💫 This story is just getting started. #tenniskids #youngathlete #momcoach #tennis #laraessence
