Garlic butter salmon 🔥 Recipe(Serves 2)👇🏼 Ingredients: •440g salmon fillets •30g unsalted butter •3 tsp minced garlic •1/2 lemon (juiced) •1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh) •200g green beans •Salt & pepper (to taste) •1 tsp paprika •1/2 tsp cumin Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Heat a pan and melt the butter. 3. Add minced garlic and let it gently simmer. 4. Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then combine. 5. Spread green beans on a baking tray. 6. Pat salmon dry and place on top. 7. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. 8. Pour over garlic butter and spread evenly. 9. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
