@thetastystir: Replying to @K Money Here’s how to freeze potatoes properly. I’ve frozen them raw before and they always turned grey/black… this is what works. Step by step: 1. Peel and cut your potatoes (chips, cubes or mash size) 2. Parboil for a few minutes 3. Drain and let them cool completely 4. Leave them to dry properly (this step matters) - Lay them flat. 5. Freeze in bags. From there, straight into the air fryer or oven with oil and seasoning. No defrosting needed. Save this one, it’s a good one to keep around. #foodprep #cookingtips #foodtokuk
