So besides the initial capital for the equipment I have to buy white pellets therefore I am recycling 40% of the product because you have a 60% added cost of a new filament product

Can you turn normal plastics like 2L bottles in it if it’s shredded? Obviously the quality won’t be there but the recycling idea behind it could be a nice feature for some people.

what color filament do you get? not a homogeneous mixture, I guess? even if it all is is orange or black, you won't get a perfect smooth orange or black. and if you mix all leftovers, then you'll get some kind of brown mix?

genuine question. how does one shred their wasted filament into small pieces. I have like 4-5 gallons of filament poop and I genuinely have no idea on how to shred it. Other than like grabbing a blender and hoping it doesn't break after the first few uses.

It won't work for my waste I have mixed up the petg and pla waste So if you want to do this you need to separate the waste early on I poop mixed in and it broke
