A few things that may help: - Lower your screen slightly below eye level so less of the eye surface is exposed.⬇️ - Every hour, fully close your eyes for 2 seconds, 5 times in a row.☺️ - Use a warm compress or heated mask before bed.☀️ - Avoid having heat, AC, or a fan blowing directly at your face.💨 - Clean your lash line well at night, especially if you wear makeup.🫧 - Use preservative-free artificial tears before symptoms get bad, not just once your eyes are already burning. 💧 - If your contacts get uncomfortable by the end of the day, they may be part of the problem.👁️ - A humidifier can also help if your air is very dry.💦 If this is happening often, getting worse, or comes with significant redness, light sensitivity, discharge, or blurry vision, it is worth booking an eye exam.
