I’ve never had an interview. I usually just get the jobs because of the industry I’m in or just who you know to get in basically so now that I have to go to a different industry with interviews and everything. I’m nervous as hell cause I’m like I don’t even know what I’m supposed to say. lol

Unfortunately, most interviews are now conducted online, which means you can't physically "feel" the interviewer or pick up on subtle cues in person, making it more challenging to readjust your approach on the spot. For example, overconfidence can easily be perceived as arrogance, especially if the interviewer is assessing your "fit" within the team or company culture.

Every question they asked was a long winded double loaded question. it was impossible to remember and respond to the whole.long question....without forgetting the second part after answering the first part.And they didnt want me to take notes.

I was referred for my last three jobs so I now suck at interviews. Some questions they ask are junior level questions imo, so i rattle off the answer like “duh” 😂😂
