@rendagrella: So for 6 weeks I tried a trainer’s plan that involved an extreme deficit for me, an intense workout schedule and I had given up sugar/artificial sweeteners for lent and there was very minimal change😅 if fact I think my body freaked out and was holding onto water because I was painfully bloated 24/7 by the end. this is why you shouldn’t believe those extreme transformations in short time periods you see online! Building muscle/losing body fat percentage takes time and I honestly learned I don’t need to give up sugar or artificial sweeteners because it didn’t really change anything for me water retention/inflammation wise(well at least for me). I also prefer a slow and steady approach vs going into extremes! Over training and under eating is such a common mistake and one I won’t do again!

You definitely look smaller 100% prior you looked a bit more fluffier & after you look more toned and smaller, but i don’t believe in restricting everything either, i think it’s just moderation & mixing some things with healthy stuff too
