Keep seeing your videos and wished I had seen it before we sent my daughters claim off. We’ve now been told that we’re not entitled to DLA for my autistic daughter which comes under some of these categories

the only one my son dunt qualified for was terminal ill.. and he got middle rate .. u sed all you video for thw correct wording it helped alot so thankyou

I am Scotland, I had my phone review ( after 3 years) and got letter to say my daughter wasn't rewarded higher rate for HRC/HRM but it said it was considered. A lot has changed in 3 years, i have went against it and sent the redetermination form in, thanks to your videos, i know what to write, i have sent 4 full pages and got letter from her supported learning school x

my 7 year old was moved up from middle rate care to high rate ,he needs constant supervision and help to regulate.

I waa awarded HRC and LRC for my 8yo, I’m still waiting to hear about the other 2 kids. Your profile has definitely helped. One form was stressful enough , never mind 3 of them 😭. I’m happy it’s all over now and it all came good in the end 🤣

my child does all you have stated but i was refused had to go to mandatory stage, they refused ss they sad bath time ect wasny long enough 😂

my son renewal not till 2027 his behaviour has got much worse since being rewarded last October. should I make contact with DLA to make them aware as I think this may make his care go from middle to high. I even seeing his GP to get help for a blue badge bec of the risk and danger he in when we out and about. he nearly been hit I lost count. we went to drusillas and he try to bolt after having a meltdown. my husband had to get the car and i had to restrain him to stop him from bolting into the car park because the car was so far away.
