@adelxunlocked: People who are naturally kind but have no close friends often display these traits. Not because they don’t know how to connect, but because the world often misunderstands the quiet depth of their heart. 💬 Comment RESET if this feels like you. 1️⃣ Over-givers They put others’ needs before their own, even when it leaves them drained. They will drop everything to help someone else. But when it’s their turn to need support, they often suffer in silence, because no one shows up for them the way they do for others. 2️⃣ Conflict-avoiders They fear upsetting people, so they rarely express their true feelings. Instead of saying, “that hurt me,” they swallow the pain to keep the peace. But deep down, they wish someone cared enough to ask how they are really feeling. 3️⃣ Deep thinkers They crave meaningful conversations, not surface-level chats. They want to talk about life, pain, and dreams, not just small talk. But because most people avoid depth, they often feel unseen in a world that doesn’t “go there.” 4️⃣ Easily overlooked Their calm, quiet nature gets overshadowed by louder personalities. They don’t fight for attention. So people sometimes forget they’re even there, even though they’re often the most genuine presence in the room. 5️⃣ Unmet expectations They assume kindness will be reciprocated. They give without keeping score. But when their generosity meets indifference, it breaks them, and they slowly retreat into isolation. 6️⃣ Selective trust Once hurt, they struggle to fully open up again. They may laugh with many, but confide in very few. They build quiet walls, not out of bitterness, but self-preservation. 7️⃣ Strong empathy They feel deeply. They carry emotional weight that others don’t notice. They absorb other people’s pain, yet rarely express their own. They become the person everyone leans on, but the one who often goes home feeling heavy and alone. And yet, their quiet strength is their gift. They may not always have a crowd around them, but the world is brighter because they exist in it. 🤍 💾 Save this so you remember it later. #mindset #selfgrowth #empathy #psychology #personaldevelopment

I came to the conclusion that I couldn't make friends because I can't act fake.

We are the healers. We are the ones that people use as their sounding boards. We are the rocks even if it breaks us. It’s where self care is so important. We crave silence but at the same would like to let our own hair down but we worry about the consequences if we do so we often keep it bottled up. This is where self care is so important. Carving out our own time to recharge.

I learned to be alone to protect myself… and now my world has grown so quiet that, beyond my parents, my husband, and my two cats, there’s no one else I truly speak to. But Alhamdulillah for everything. And Alhamdulillah for them. Perhaps this, too, is a form of protection—Allah’s way of sheltering those who are honest, gentle, and a little too tender for the harshness of this world.

i am this friend but I'm trying to change cuz why would i give my all if there's no one for me when i'm in need... So i have started to put myself first and ignore all the worries of other people cuz they never deserved my kindness anyway..

my mom's a social butterfly. she makes friends everywhere she goes: school pickup (when I was a kid), the gym, driving school, the neighbourhood grocery store... I'm the complete opposite. I'm slow to warm to people. she tells people her life story after just meeting them. I don't know how to do small talk. it bugged her a lot when I was growing up and she used to force me to talk to people. so now I'm an introverted adult who can't tolerate awkward silences when I'm with people, and end up blabbing cos that's how my mother raised me. then I go home and replay everything I probably did wrong. I have friends. in fact, I recently made a new friend in my 30s, something I never dreamt possible. I mentioned to my mother that I was going out to meet her one day and she was like "I didn't know you had friends" in the most sarcastic tone ever. it has been 3 months and it still stings. I don't know what my point is. life's pretty lonely. but I like my husband. he was one of my closest friends and then we got married. I have a handful of good friends, but only two of them live in this country.

People crave authenticity. When you truly learn to walk alone with our creator you learn to starve your ego. We no longer seek validation (although we are human & benefit from appreciation) we can walk away without an ounce of emotional sway. Folks that see you on the daily are drawn to you as a moth is to a flame (Bible) it’s that beautiful TRUE spirit of Christ❤️✌️you become a village desiring peace & safety. One day these spiritual (brothers & sisters) look to you as a Guru of sorts HEALER of mind body & spirit. Leading others to the Kingdom of Heaven which Christ himself said is NOW. This is your training MINDSET IS EVERYTHING. seek wisdom always ✌️❤️Godspeed my brothers and sisters ❤️Until every knee bows
