As a reader with adhd is that it takes me 3 days to read the first 10 chapters and then after chapter 15 I Can read the rest in a day

My hubs has adhd and finds reading the first few lines out loud to himself helps him get started when focusing is a struggle ❤️

I have ADHD and one thing I’ve found to help me when I read is to listen to music with headphones not too loud but they have to be noise cancelling headphones so I don’t get distracted by anything else
