I’m Trent Fitzner, a Cree father of five originally from Northern Manitoba, Canada. I transformed my health—and my family’s future—through a carnivore lifestyle after years of struggling with excess weight, low energy, and chronic health issues. What started as a personal attempt to take control became something much bigger. As my health improved, my family followed—especially when serious health concerns came up. One of my daughters was diagnosed with fatty liver, and within two months of strict carnivore, it was gone, confirmed by ultrasound. Another daughter is living with IgA Nephropathy, and we’ve used diet as a central tool in managing her condition and improving her quality of life.
