@stephanmoccio: In 1992, I was a music student at Western University. I met @Celine Dion backstage with a friend of mine and told her, with far more confidence than I deserved, that one day I would write a song for her. She signed a CD for me. A decade later, Aldo Nova and I wrote this song. It became the title track, the lead single, and eventually the name of her Las Vegas residency. It also held the number one spot for over twenty weeks. Some promises take ten years to keep. This is A New Day Has Come... as it was written, at the piano.
