I’ve got all the kids drinking it too! 🥝 1 kiwi (skin on) - natural source of fibre and rich in serotonin 🍒 150g frozen cherries – natural source of melatonin, which may help regulate your sleep cycle 🌺 150g frozen dragonfruit – rich in magnesium to support relaxation 🎃 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds – loaded with tryptophan, helping your body produce sleep hormones 🥥 100ml coconut water – hydrating and full of electrolytes for overnight recovery 🥄 2 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt – provides protein and probiotics to support digestion Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
