whoever told me GEM was half a day, i hate you. i was there in ramadan too and they closed early. and i now have to go back to egypt to see GEM again. beautiful but a very large museum. i got back on late march. and i agree with all your experience.

The GEM took me two days and the tahrir museum took me a day; I loved the people and everything was easy for my group. The drive to Siwa was was better than the from Aswan to Luxor. We probably just passed you in activities. It was a safe and welcoming country.

We have just come back completely safe. People are friendly. I wore loose clothes. Yes the museum u need lots of time. Enjoy.
