The trade for that exemption? The team has to operate openly in the US. Legal name. Jurisdiction. Disclosures on record. All of it public. By 2031 when the permanent rules drop, the SEC already has every name in the room. Which means for the first time in crypto history you can actually know who's accountable before you buy the token.
