Hear me out— have a toy that he only gets during changing! An electric tooth brush works great! Turn it on, put it in his hands and he will be instantly mesmerized long enough for you to do what you gotta do!

Why do we still having changing tables? He’s far too big? He can stand and get dressed at this point, put him in pull ups, stick him on the toilet every 30-45 mins.

Something that helped me during this stage with my daughter was switching to pull-ups and having her step into it while she was standing up.
