I’ve spent almost my entire life trying to help others, please them, and solve their problems. Over the past 1.5 years, due to the escalation in my marriage, I’ve come to realize that I developed certain traumas in my upbringing because that’s how I felt safe. Now I’m trying to find my boundaries and a balance between giving and receiving, and also to set limits when it comes to solving other people’s problems. It will still be a long journey, taking step by step.
