Evolution stage starts at Basic than can go to stage 1 than stage 2, a basic can stay basic and not evolve (or grow older) and stay that way forever. Hit points is how much health they have. The attack points are what you take away from your enemy in a fight. Pokemon types can matter in battle because some pokemon are weak to certain types, like fire types are weak to water types. The more holo or glitter a card has generally means it’s more rare. Enjoy collecting 💕

just a tip be careful with the ring binder it’s SOO cute and 100% understand you’re not in it for the value (as you should we need more collectors just in it for the art) but ring binders can heavily damage cards by pushing against them and bending the cards inwards which can cause denting and damage regardless of whether they’re in a sleep or not, id recommend getting a binder that’s not a ring one if possible!!💖
