I went through something similar and the only thing that helped was removing products with SLS in the ingredients! It was in all my products that would get foamy like toothpaste, shampoo, etc!!

Maybe have ANA lab done to rule out an autoimmune cause. Especially if you have other symptoms like fatigue, dry eyes, joint pain or family history of any autoimmune conditions.
