they did improve her sp issues and increase her healing, also improve her support capabilities, the only issue that she still has is the capacity to negate dead like luocha or hyacine, but she got amazing buff that will definitely improve her viability a lot, btw I'm a huohuo main I been using her in my dot teams and can clear all content in game with her

She's fine. As long as you know turn and ult management HuoHuo is a solid healer. Her Novaflare just more so shaped her to be like the currency wars high energy team version. Those who complain/doompost either haven't even used her or don't even have her.

They TRIED to fix her issues. She still has SP problems and her healing is still very mediocre. Just slightly better, she's more usable yes, but they didn't fix shit 😅

Basically while her healing got buffed, the enemies also got stronger. Most Huo huo runs I’ve seen were just a Castorice passive showcase. Overall she’s still bis for Elation teams (as of now).

Already had her but instead of focusing on speed solely, I make her some what speedy with alot of hp and energy regen, usuable, reliable heals (especially for speedy chars). Another thing I noticed about Huohuo’s heals is that when an ally’s hp is below 50% and any other ally act that characters gets a more stronger heal even if it’s not their turn

I fear people want a perfect sustain and not a character that you have to play in a specific way. They were never going to give her dmg mitigation because shield units, Fu Xuan, and bailu already have this. Improving her sp economy is good. She gives extra ults so you can afford to press them at a suboptimal time as "emergency healing" which is how I've been playing her the whole time with no real issues 😅 "she can't prevent one shots" well no that's not what she's meant for!

is it worth using the gold chunk on her on an account where dhpt and fu xuan are the only sustains or is it better to save it and just build something like gallagher and wait for a future character/nova for a diff sustain?

Yes she heals more and doesn’t “need” to use her skill as often… but her “emergency heals” are still just as bad and she has no way to negate or reduce incoming dmg to compensate 😭

Nowhere near as bad as people are complaining. She’s already fine e0s0 and can easily get e1s1 when she and her LC are in the shop. Sure her healing can be better but hoyo is likely going to sell the solution in the future via elation sustain
