As a fellow Hs baddie, cutting out excess sugar / processed food & taking Seamoss helped a lot 🥹🥹 aswell I use panoxyol 4-6x a week

i have HS and pmos, and the hormones i'm on to treat the pmos, has caused the WORST flare ups i have ever had in my life and i am in so much pain. i'm so anxious trying find a job so i can finally properly treat these flare ups. idk if i can live like this.
