Yes, under the flat sheet. I can’t sleep without one…but my adult children refuse to use flat sheets. I feel like such a failure 🫣😩

I like to use a fleece blanket instead of sheets because I don’t like the sheet snapping off the mattress. My husband is a wild sleeper. 😂🤣

I think of the flat sheet as a barrier so I don't have to wash the blankets and comforter as often as the sheets 🤷♀️

I hate flat sheets. I’ll use the cover sheet and then lay down a fuzzy blanket on top of that, that’s what I lay on top of and then cover myself with another fuzzy blanket. I don’t want to roll over and touch the cold sheet😅

The flat (top)sheet is meant to be a buffer between you and the blanket. That way if you change your sheets regularly you shouldn’t have to wash the blanket as frequently.
