As a mom AND a woman I LOVE what we call snack plates. I can include all the ingredients for a dinner, but deconstructed and they will devour the snack plate and not the meal😂 however my 18mo is wild goes feral over a straight apple

I found if I prep snacks and quick meals my kids are more likely to not complain “there’s nothing here to eat” and they’re not finishing off all one item like a bag of cheese or all the beef jerky
