Separation dressed in spiritual language is still the ego doing its thang. Honestly, who are we to decide what’s low and what’s high? Our human minds needed a framework to make sense of existence, so we built one. High. Low. Light. Dark. Good. Bad. You get my point. But when if it’s not that simple? When if our fragile human minds has skewed it all in order to make sense of reality? Everything that exists is just a frequency. Some you align with. Some you don’t. That doesn’t make one evil and one holy. It just makes them different. You are allowed to choose what you engage with without needing to condemn what you don’t. “This doesn’t resonate with me” lands completely differently than “this is low vibrational.” One is rooted in neutrality and discernment. The other is bleeding with implicit judgment wearing a spiritual name tag. You don’t have to entertain every frequency of thought, environment, or way of being. But you also don’t have to label it as lesser to justify walking away. But honestly, we are all students of life until the day we die.
