10 years for us next month. both AuDHD different spectrum aspects and different types of low support. and my kid is a more medium support type. it helps when you're both on the spectrum honestly. way easier to explain when we're overstimulated it's "I need a break" rather than being told "you're overreacting" or when I am in my head and they're talking it's not a fight when I check back in and go "I heard the last 2 words and otherwise I didn't know you were talking my bad can you repeat that?" instead they'll repeat w.e it was if it mattered enough to them or just move on and say it's cool I was rambling anyway.😅

Same. I don't even get second dates. I haven't had a girlfriend in 7 years, and she sent me an 800-word text message to tell me I cared too much about some things in her life that she liked, and I was insensitive trying to distract her from things that obviously upset her. 🤷♂️🫂

My last relationship ended right before I realized I’m AuDHD and I now realize they all ended in one way or another because of it. Been single ever since but I hope now that I know myself better I can make better choices 😂
