The only issue with this is improper valuation. There is a lot of invisible labor that goes into it. Not a lot of wins in making a hard task look easy from my personal experience.

This is an assumption on another person’s meaning for what they say. If i don’t express something was hard i feel like i am hiding my feelings which is not healthy.

ahh kinda surprised at the response to this message. i would agree. confidence isn’t built on complaining or external validation. for me it’s the small but consistent ability to do something hard that you didn’t know how to do. it’s reinforcing that you can figure things out.

This is class based. One set wants to exude perfectionist confidence. One set admits and owns the struggle they overcame. You need to do more research before you speak to a large audience
