I had 5 babies and never owned a changing table. Use the couch with a blanket laid down first most of the time. Once in a while the floor with a blanket laid down as well.

You can just use a desk as a changing table and put one of those padded non slip change pads on the desk.

In the future how will you be able to put the baby in Devon’s truck with all his equipment and the wheelchair? I’m just curious on how that would work when say amber isn’t around with her car? And how will Devon be able to get the baby in the truck say in an emergency situation?

Changing table is over rated, really not needed. Just place a blanket down anywhere and there you go.

You guys should do a desk for the changing station because of the desk you can roll under it and it has drawers for diapers

I never used the changing table. I changed my babies on the couch, bed, floor, and wherever else we needed to. You can definitely use the counter. It’s not gross. You do what works best for you!

I saw another influencer that have had the same modified crib for years and have multiple kids, that built the crib on what I would call stilts so they could roll under and then access. It was brilliant! Let me see if I saved the video. You can see if it would work for you guys

I know as a parent of two. The second child…I never used the changing table. I used whatever from the counter to the floor!! Good luck!!
