Why doesn’t he want a goldmine? Because the activity would be in his neighbourhood or central Otago and that would disturb him? Would it be noisey or add extra unwanted traffic or something? I can’t find his perspective easily. Just this finger pointing. Hasn’t central otago always been a gold mining location? Is it some sort of worse gold mine than usual or literally just close to his house? I’m confused, isn’t gold good to mine..🤷🏻♂️

Good on you! I'm really concerned about the Hyperscale AI data training center being built in invercargil. An ''insignificant" wetland will be used to dispose of the refrigerant byproducts which have horrific adverse health effects and will be there forever!
