Abagagga abamu begulira material nga bwobasaba sente balowooza obabba,u may find nga the boss is the one who bought that 2000 Ltr tank instead of 2 small tanks 1000 Ltrs. The client wanted plenty of water yet the seater was too high and Kibirige was looking for water level since the roof is nearly the water tank

OK, correct his work but using the same tank(capacity) and collect rain water, sometimes don't critize someone else work, what if the client had bought the tank not knowing, taking back they refused at the shop and no other person to sell to and I think the plumber told him that size could work unless a smaller one, so we can't blame the plumber
