Why not use a regular 3 lane one way road for the roundabout instead of a highway if you have TMPE and can adjust the speed limit?

when you automatically zone, your houses and building look like those condos and stuff, do u use mods for special district style or just map style, because when I zone the buildings look ugly and non organized, thank you
