Has been a life saver for my little one! It clears up his eczema which is really bad within 2-3 days! But you need to consistently keep up on it.

So it does work on mild case on eczema. I would definitely recommend going in a Sauna first or a steam shower to open up your pours. also recommend for night or when your about to go to sleep because your body can focus healing.
