very nicely articulated, but you haven't shown the actual API, it would have been much better if you would have shown a few actual APIs, trust me, it would have added a lot more clarity about the topic, you gave a very elaborate description of API but we still don't know how it looks + you didn't tell about the key components of an API, the format, the must have details to create an API. In an API, if the format is not correct then it will not work and there are few must have details that should be there to make an API work... I was just trying to add some value to your presentation, please don't take me otherwise. I am not undermining you in any way, I am saying this as I work very closely with stuffs like API...

what actually the API is in depth okay we know machines talk to each other but what is specific in API that makes weather web talk to my Python library to download bunch of data in seconds. I mean how information travel machine to machine in API. WHO made first API and what was the first API. login in WhatsApp is through API? Is it signal or key how 😅
