“is it better to speak or to die” SPEAK!! always speak. whether that’s to a lover ex lover friends family. IT IS unbelievably freeing to speak. no matter what the outcome is. because the freeing feeling that comes out of it is 100% worth it.

I sent a letter to my ex expressing how I felt. She didn’t feel the same and I respect that. I’m so happy I sent the letter. I would rather put my heart on the line than live the rest of my life thinking what if. Reach out, send the text, send the letter, reach out. At the end of the day, you’re either going to be in the same spot you’re in or you’re going to get everything you’ve ever wanted. It’s a lose nothing and possibly gain everything situation. (Of course don’t call you ex 100 times and respect their answer)
