they want to define parental alienation in statute, but family court doesn't work like criminal Court or domestic court. the judges and magistrates make decisions based on what they think, not what is actually real. so how is this going to help families in family and juvenile court?

Fuck Family Court!! It is a criminal organization operating without oversight. It must be dismantled and rebuilt with real intelligent laws and not lobbyist influence.

The problem remains that family court judges do not give parents enough opportunity to present their case that parental alienation exists for them. There is more pressure put on filing motions the correct way than there is listening to parents who are desperately searching for help but donโt know how to format the documents to support their needs

unfortunately in most family court the judges don't even read the declarations and come in and still ask what you're there for when the hearing starts. so even if you show proof they don't even look at it and just go based on what lawyers say. so if the other parents has a lawyer.... make sure you have one too

It didnโt go through the courts! They would never agree to a statuette that Denys the courts the ability to decide for the parents
