@karissaastevens: These were actually such a great idea. Here is how I made them. Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls Ingredients • 1 green pepper, chopped • 1/2 onion, chopped • 6 mushrooms, chopped • 1/4 cup butter • 1 lb shaved steak • 8 oz monterrey jack, shredded • 8 oz american cheese • Salt • Pepper • Garlic powder • 1 package egg roll wrappers • Oil, for frying Instructions Cook peppers, onion, and mushrooms in butter in a pan over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until soft then remove from pan. In the same pan cook the shaved steak with more seasoning until browned, then add veggies back in along with both cheeses and stir until melted. Place filling in the center of each wrapper, lightly wet edges with water, fold and roll. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
