I did the everlywell test and 108 out of 204 foods had a reaction. I cannot eliminate all the foods and live off the few fruits and other random items that DIDNT have a reaction 😫😫😫

These tests are nonspecific and non-diagnostic. Nothing will offer better information then going to an allergist and getting skin tested. Even blood tests ordered by your provider are often useless.
