As a lane mechanic a truely burn lane your ball will start to hook off your hand, bowlers will complain about everything except their own wrong doing, your ball is probably never been baked and properly maintained meaning it has trapped oil and fails to properly grab the lane 😂

no he threw a plastic spare ball, for bowlers out there that know, plastic spare balls are meant to create no friction on the lanes and slide. what he's hinting at is that there is no oil so the plastic spare ball is hooking

I dont understand it, these bowling alleys want to charge $7/game or higher here but dont ever oil they lanes except for leagues.

For context ( I’m a bowler ) he is throwing a spare ball which is not supposed to hook/curve but since the lanes are horrible he is able to throw a strike with it

I work at a bowling alley and I oil every other day, there’s times someone comes in same day I oil and does 20-30 plus games so they burnt up the oil pretty quick

re-oiled? i think they literally only vacuumed the dirts but not cleaned and reapply any oil on it. 😂🤣

I feel bad for yall. We have mostly family owned lanes in my area so I never pay more than $12 for “all you can bowl”. Except for Friday nights if I decide to go it’s 15. (League is an exception obviously, it’s $20 a week).
